| Cold therapy - freeze for at least 4 hours. Heat therapy - microwave for time indicated below, thoroughly mix to distribute color, and test pack before use. Heat for additional 5 seconds as needed until desired temperature is reached. (1) one pack: (700 Watts - 40 seconds 1000 Watts - 25 seconds 1250 Watts - 20 seconds).
